Independent analysis

Flyxchain Insights

A quarterly, independent read on the things that move an aircraft transaction: what changed across the registers, in EASA and EU rules, and in VAT and importation — plus what we actually see from the buyer's side of the table.

What this is

The independent read, once a quarter

Most aviation commentary is published by someone with a stake in the deal. Flyxchain Insights is written from the one seat that has no stake in the transaction closing: the buyer's. Each quarter we track what genuinely changed and what it means for anyone about to own, finance or operate an aircraft.

Two recurring reads

What each issue covers

Regulatory & Jurisdiction Watch

What changed across our nine registers, in EASA and EU rules, and in VAT and importation this quarter — each item with its source and its implication for a buyer.

Buyer-Side Findings

Anonymized field notes on the risk patterns our due diligence keeps surfacing: records gaps, airworthiness surprises, traceability issues and the price-versus-value gap.

Latest & archive

New issues are published each quarter. Older issues remain available here as a dated archive.

Working on an acquisition now?

The quarterly read is general; your aircraft is specific. When you're structuring, valuing or checking a particular aircraft, that's what we do — independently, and on your side.
